Lapisystem top

Lapisystem Top is a patented compact solution with high performances for the realization of kitchen tops, countertops and furniture complements. Thanks to the flexibility of the anthropomorphic arm and to the fast change system of the operating head, Lapisystem TOP can work with electrospindle, disc cutting motor, water-jet and vacuum handling device, to be able to execute, in complete autonomy, both the processing and the pieces handling, reaching a productivity of 20 kitchen tops in 8 hours, with only one operator.

The system is designed around an antropomorphic robot configured for working in hostile environments and with appropriate protection (IP67) , equipped with a quick change of the operating head. N° 4 different operating units are available :

to optimize the duty cycle is recommended to configure the set LAPISYSTEM TOP with :

• a six-axis robot LAPISYSTEM.

• kit cutting motor with quick-flange connection
• proprietary user interface software package
• simulation software package and language translation programs for robots

If you chose the waterjet option to cut , the cutting table will be replaced with a water tank. The operator may choose to cut with the disc on the cutting table and get semi-finished raw plates of various sizes that can, in turn, be downloaded manually, automatically with the vacuum handling device , upside down on the special support , or positioned on the second table provided to carry out the finishing of the typical kitchen tops and tops in general. The programming will be done through the CADCAM and the simulator provided.

The plants in question have an area at least equal to the diameter of the work field and do not require any special foundation, through the use of the base included in the delivery.

SAFETY DEVICES
The robot is equipped as standard for the management of electronic security locks, which are installed on the three sides anti-intrusion cabin openings of 7500x7250x2500 (h) mm, constructed of welded sheet metal panels complete with windows and anti -breaking glass with 2 swing open openings for loading and unloading of parts with dimensions 3500x2500 (h) , as well as an opening to pick up the finished parts.
