The restoration of Mysterious Baths has recently concluded. To return to the city of Milan, the splendor of the complex built in 1973 by engineer Giulio Macchi on the Giorgio De Chirico project , it has been chosen to proceed with a profoundly revolutionary conservative intervention.
The main figures of the complex: The Bather, The Swimmer and the fish were cloned using the technologies that T & D Robotics offers to its customers. Within the space of deposit of the same City of Milan, using a three-dimensional scanner the size of a small camera, 3D images were obtained of the three original sculptures. These photographs have been translated into 3D machining paths which, in the establishment of Margraf in Chiampo, an anthropomorphic robot LapiSystem T & D Robotics, has performed. So, in a few days came to light from Vicenza stone a Swimmer, a Bather and a Fish that are a perfect copy of the '73original .
New success of T & D Robotics, the company Tonoli marble Carzago of Calvagese the Riviera (BS), which recently installed its second robot Lapisystem 22R32, has made a spectacular 4.5 meters in length bath in one piece.
